Great pics Really nice pictures Deb. The bamboo bridge looks ........... interesting .... lol ..... is there enough room underneath for boats ? Fascinating journey so far. Thanks for sharing this.
Well, there are only small boats on the Nan, and they can easily pass under the bridge. I should have mentioned that when the rainy season comes the bridge is dismantled, so it is only a dry season thing. Each year itmis rebuilt.
Amazing! Hi Aunt Deb!
What a wonderful trip! I'm so glad that you have taken this opportunity for adventure! Elephant washing seems pretty cool to me.
Love,
Alice

I thought that I sent you a message, but, maybe not. Will try again. I really appreciate your notes and descriptions of all the activities on the first wedding day. What a real treat for you to be there and experience such a special occasion. And most of all, knowing that Thong thinks of you as his mother. What a privilege that you have certainly earned. Bless you. Your halo is sparkling. Be well and continue to enjoy. Oh, I did experience a pig killing and preparation when I was in PNG. So, I need no details as I have the sight and sounds in memory. Love, Dee
great to hear from you. but, no halo, absolutely not. I included that part of the story only to show how sweet and lovely Thong is..but, no halo for me, nope, nope. just the happy accident of meeting Thong 8 plus years ago.
Hello Little Sister Hi Deb
I a enjoying reading your blog -given what the weather has been like here it is hard to imagine ever wearing a short sleeve shirt again!. Stay safe - and enjoy your time away.
Andy
Have a safe trip home. Sounds like you have had a wonderful holiday. Enjoy the heat as we are in for another blast of winter today and tonight - just to remind us that it is not over yet. See you soon.
Hello Little Sister Deb
It has been a worry with you in the area where the Malaysian Airlines aircraft went missing - it is such a long way from home - so it is good to hear from you. I was in New York last week for 2 days and have been about flat out since then. It looks like we may finally have a path to getting the deal in Plattsburgh financed - I'll fill you in when you are back. When do you leave for home? Safe journey.
Big Brother Andy
