well i managed to get another couple of hours sleep early this morning before breakfast. went back to bed around 430 till about 7. i am going to be messed up for the next few days, but at least i got lots of sleep last night before, what i presume, will be a pretty sleepless night tonight. had the breakfast at the hotel again, and as usual, stuffed myself and my man-bag with pastries. anyways, packed up slowly this morning and hung around till checkout time around noon, then dropped my bags in the hotel luggage room for the day. Happz Halloween! y and z are switched. ugh. Anzwazs, didnt bother with an entrz last night, just a boring travel daz. other than almost missing the train. haha it was leaving from the zuid (south) station instead of the main station, and i didnt exactlz research how to go about getting there beforehand. sillz me. but i made it, with time to stop to grab a bacon and egg sandwich and some pringles for the trip. beautiful scenery, fall colours in full bloom here. not sure what happened to the weather though, 15 in amsterdam, to just above zero in berlin. After a long couple of days I'm here and ready. No trouble with the flights, got the exit row from st johns to new york, then a row of two seats to myself on the overnight. beef and potatoes for supper, no idea what flavor it was supposed to be. i actually slept for about 5 hours, when i woke up 'breakfast' (a puny croissant and 10 grapes) was already over but they left it on the seat next to me which was nice. managed to get in to new york city for a few hours. caught the train from the [View Full Entry]
