The sidewalks here are carved, not intricate but artful enough to notice, swirls and lines , red concrete, white concrete. We flew and landed without incident or fuss and took the train into town, got a petit taxi to the hotel. As luck would have it our hotel was on Lonely Planet's Art Deco walking tour at midpoint. So after coffee and a nap we walked, admiring the buildings, a pedestrian mall and a outdoor chicken BBQ for lunch. The next day we got up early yo see the Hassan II Mosque, a grand building with a minarete built in 1994. It can hold 25,000 worshipers & has a hamman that has yet to be opened. After the tour we returned to the hotel to be promptly whisked off to the commuter train in 2 vans
