Alex and i woke up early to catch the bus into shepards bush to pick up some sleeping mats and drikns for the weekend, after that we set off from east acton into the london equivelent of spencer stree train station for our hour train ride to banbury. once a banbury we waited in line with hundreds of others for the 'happy bus' to northhamptonshire areodrome for the gatecrasher festival. the whole trip took us about4 hours but once we got there we quickly got in the mood as we walked in the gates. After that weekend i had resighned myself to the reality that this was not only going to be a very tiering trip but an expensive one! the house that we were stying in was a steal at £5 a night to help lach and his housemates out with the bills. but the cost of living and public transport is quite high when living that close to the city...
