Today was my first day at work... refereeing kids basketball games at the YMCA. I did 4 games of 4th grade boys, it was exhausting. I got home at didn't plan on partying much because I had to ref 4 more games tomorrow morning and be at the gym at 8:45 am. We ended up heading to Will's house to party. It was snowing in Keytstone today, Saturday. It was a great day skiing with Jon, Jennie, Sarah, and Jason who was visiting from chi town. We went all the way to the back of the mountain down the run wolverine, which borders the boundary of the mountain. Most of the run is through trees, but its not too dense, you can get some speed and still be in control. Today Steve, Bret, Jon, Jennie, Damon, Courtney (Damon's younger sister), Amy, and I went ridin at Breck. The snow was pretty average. There were alot of ice patches. Jon and I both drove up. It was a great day of ridin because Jon brought up his video camera and Steve recorded us all throughout the day. It was so much fun. I even went through a small half pipe and off some jumps. Jared came out to boulder to visit me and celebrate Kristens 22nd b day. It was cool hanging with 2 other people I met in NZ out here in Boulder. I spent my 21st in Vegas which was awesome. Brandon and I loaded up my car and we went, stayed at the tropicana for 3 nights. Mom and dad met us there a day later. Stephanie also flew in and had fun with us, she has never been to vegas. We saw some great shows. Cic De Olay was great, we saw the zoomanity version, which was very sexual and hilarious. New years was pretty average. I couldnt do much because I had my wisdom teeth pulled only a few days ago. I ended up going to a party with Jeff and big Steve. Got into LAX, lost 2 days due to travel. It was great seeing fasha and branski, it was by far the longest I had gone without seeing them..... just under 6 months. Uncle Danny had a cool party that the three of us went to that night, it was a great way to come back to America! Today was my last day in New Zealand. It was very sad and hard for me to leave such a beautiful country and so many recently acquired friends. On the way to the airport I had several DB's, since we had to finish the box before getting on the plane. It was cool drinking in the airport. Even grama had a couple beers with me which was sweet as. Being back in LA with family will be nice. Last night I got into Tauranga and stayed at Owen's place. Today I took the van into a mechanic and had some basic things fixed that he thought might help. Spark plugs, air filter, fuel filter, etc. Unfortunately $200USD later it didnt help much. Tomorrow I will have an auto electric place check it out and plug in a scanner. I drove back to Owen's around 6 and arrived just in time for dinner. He has a very nice family. Today I went to the beach with Sheara and Tristin. We met their mate Brett there. We had an awesome time throwing the rugby ball around and body surfing. That night we went to a party and then into town. It was crazy because in town a huge fight broke out in a bar and about seven or eight Maoris were fighting each other.
