We have both always wanted to go traveling and decided last Christmas to set of this Sept 2007. We have saved really hard and have sacrificed a lot this past year, but not working for the year to come and experiencing all that we will see and do is so worth it!!!
We are both very excited and hope you enjoy reading about our adventure and looking at the photos we take along the way.

well what a journey its been, and now im sat in my front room typing this, as my dad snores asleep in the chair exhausted from the overnight flight home, and the whirlwind 10 day holiday we've just had. before i get all soppy about the amazing 11 month journey we've had, il tell you all about 2 off the coolest places iv ever been, Las Vegas, and New York City. our holiday started with an emotional reunion of the cocks family at the vegas airport. il name and shame, and mr john cocks shed the most tears. hes a soft lad at heart. it was great to see my family after sooooooooooooooo long, and of coarse my good mate ash (a.k.a, greybar, greyzo, spider, the list goes on.) WOW WWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW hey all, we had to blog this, as we are just in the net shop, and we just all looked up as though, someone was pushing the computer desks, and then we all said, wow is this an earthquake???????????????????? and it was, we all soon rushed outside, and all stood there for a minute taking it in. it was class actually, it lasted about 8 seconds, and was quite big. it was nothing to wortry about i do not think. hope not any way,glad we leave here tomorrow. in LA there are earthquakes everyday but usualy they do not feel them. how class that we experienced that. wow... read more

Hey y'all, cocksy here. once again, its been a while for a blog, but god the internet is hard to find over here. its all "wi-fi" and everyone carrys a laptop, so there's no need for the actual internet cafe's, so we struggle to find them. But anyway, here at last, so here goes. We left you last with the san fran update. We then moved on to the mind blowing "yosemite national park". WOW, what a place. we thought NZ was beautiful, and everywhere else, but this place was by far the prettiest, most jaw-dropping scenery we've ever seen. Firstly, sorry there are no photos, but every net shop is not letting us download them, so just an update of what we have been up to. Hello everyone, no need to wonder where we are any more. We are safe and well, but are very very busy sorting out this trip. It is not as easy as we thought in america, and coming from chilled out in hawaii we are a bit stressed. well not stressed, but a bit busy. and i tell you what the internet is very hard to come by. they have free wireless everywhere, which is a bumer as we do not have a laptop. hey everyone we are a little busy at the mo trying to book accommodation for all the places we are going here in california, as it is expensive!!!! it is cheaper to book it on the net. but the big problem is that we do not have great access to net shops here, which is weird, and every accommodation place only offers free wireless!!! WHY DID WE NOT BRING A LaPTOP AROUND THE WORLD???????????????????????????? we so need one right now.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HI ALL. well hawaii seems to keep getting better and better. We've done quite a lot this past week, and the time has flown by, with only 4 days left together. About 5 days ago we did a bus tour that took us around the whole island in one day, seeing all of the sights and visiting pearl harbor, the famous US naval base bombed by the japanese in WW2. The coach picked us up at 6a.m from sandi and al's hotel, so me and soph slept the night on the pull out sofa bed in their room. thankfully sandi kept her snoring to a minimum!!!!!
