Hi everyone, A new chapter of our journeys, we have made it to Oz. However it did take a while. We set off from Queenstown and headed to Christchurch. We picked up and dropped a few people on the way but eventually we got to Christchurch at about 4pm. Our flight was not till 6am the next morning and we decided not to stay anywhere, maybe hanging around in Christchurch even though there was still a lot of devastation in the center. However, we thought we would take a chance and see if we could get a earlier flight, so instead we got dropped off at the airport. Hi Everyone, It has now been about a week in NZ so we have lots of stories to tell. We landed in Auckland and had one night before we set off on the kiwi experience. We headed off to the Bay of Islands at 7:30am with a longish drive ahead of us. We had decided on the bus that we would do the eco adventure boat tour, which allowed us to drive out into the bay and swim with dolphins. We didn't have much time when we arrived so set off straight away on the boat. hi, Having left colder Vietnam, we hit a stormy Kuala Lumpur. Our first impression was excellent, with a guard greeting us and suggesting a cab would be the cheapest way into the city. However, this was after waiting an hour to have our passports checked as they only had one person on our line, when there was 4 on another line. After half an hour they realised their stupidity. We got to our guest house and headed out to the city. We had discovered our friend Simon from uni was also in KL so we tried to meet up with him. Hi Everyone, Harder than we thought to get internet in Mumbai, hense the latepost. Obviously we made it to Mumbai, and have just arrived in Hanoi, very tired I may add. We made it safely to Mumbai, even survived the crazy cab ride to the hotel. Unfortunetly we were unable to book a train ticket to the Taj Mahal for when we needed it, and with our experience of Mumbai so far we were not going to risk getting stuck somewhere. However, things worked out and we spent the rest of our days in Mumbai seeing the elephant caves, lost of museums, galleries, shopping, world heritage sites etc. We booked a private tour guide and a car, so we got to see lots.
