Hi guys, Ok, so this is tough to get anything up during carnival in Rio and may I add this is a brilliant city! Yet to have anything horrible happen but mind you its not like I carry all my important stuff around with me........Anyway I dare say this could be my last blog before I come home and I´m suprisingly writing this one at a reasonable hour after being out dancing in Lapa all night! Heading to SambA Dome tonight with a couple of Canadians I met in Panama City which should be great fun, its very very hot here at the mom, plenty of colour and life though! Just thought i´d write a quickie to say hi and that alls good, rio is amazing and see you all very soon! Here are some pics ... read more

Hi guys, Not sure where I left off exactaly except here goes. I had an awesome time catching up with Bridge and Liv in Mendoza for a couple of days. The only bad thing that happened there was when Mel and I were having dinner on our last night....right before the theatre to celebrate our last night....this guy came up to us looking incredibly stressed and was like permisso, que hora es? What´s the time? So we answered in Spanish and he continued to ask us looking more and more stressed.....and we were like what the, anyway then he grabbed for Mels bag and her arm and gave us the biggest shock! Lucky he didn´t get the bag though because it had everything in it, passport included!! Anyway after that shake up the theatre was great, ... read more

Hi everyone, So where to begin?? Patagonia was absolutely amazing so I have a few more pics for you to check out. I can´t get over the amazing views! So now I´m in Mendoza, the wine capital of Argentina with Bridge and Liv and a girl Mel who I met while in Patagonia, it´s a cute little city, very similar to BA, could definately live here, mum you would love it in Argentine it is seriously very European and i think Italy would be very very similar to here! So we´ve been seriously chilling out for the last few days, going on a bike wine tour tomorrow which will be good fun and have just been enjoying each others company. I just booked a hike up to Confluencia, in the national park Aconcagua which should be ... read more

Hi everyone, Cheers to everyone who sent me a birthday wish, was very nice suprise to arrive back from hiking in the wilderness where there´s no reception with a couple of messages! It´s quite difficult to find the internet around here too and expensive so I´ll do my best but no promises! Have joined up with a group to do hiking around Patagonia and my gosh it is absolutely amazing, we call it National Geographic views! Spectacular...... So not much else to report really except enjoy the pics, we hike around 24km a day and you should see the mammoth blister on my left foot! Mum you would be appalled and it is incredibly painful....guess it´s my fault for leaving my inner soles in San Jose, lucky today no hiking and i´ve located some new inners ... read more

Hi everyone, So, where to begin? Just trying to think where I left off....hmmm. Well last thing was stuck in Jamaica with many lots of overly enthusiastic black men! The most common line I heard was ónce you go black, you never go back´but hey not to sure about that one although there were plenty of foreign women and jamaican men cavorting around the island so I guess most women do take to the Jamaican romance quite well! I ended up getting rather sick of being approached every 5 mins so me and a guy I met at my hotel decided to hire a car and drive round the east coast. He turned out to be a manic depressant but well under control, but he splurged his whole life story to me while we were having ... read more

Good morning Man!! Currently in Jamaica but thought i'd just fill you in on where i've been. Cause my photos to date are pretty lame for Jamaica, i'm going to post some up of Panama City aswell and a few of Bocas Del Toro! So far bocas has got to have been my absolute fav place that's for sure - good partying and great people and great weather. (ps Lauz I ran into your friend Stace at Bocas, she's looking fab!). Jamaica has Great weather but oh my gosh, so touristy! Like I mean seriously so, I advise anyone who's planning to come here to hire a car so you can tour the country side without a huge expense! Dougs and I actually ended up hiring a scooter for 3 days to get around and have ... read more

Hi guys, So i´ve spent the last few days in Bocas Del Toro which has been so relaxing, coming from Puerto Veijo! If you like surfing and just hanging out definately come here, it´s just some little islands off the carribean coast in panama. Must admit though christmas was a real non event, we had a huge party at the hostel christmas eve but seriously chrissy was like a non event.....hope everyone had a brilliant chrissy at home. From the sounds it was quite cold though, it rained here that really tropical weather and then it was just superbly beautiful weather after that! The strangest thing happened last night too. I don´t know, all you surfers out there might be able to relate to this story....so we went out surfing in the morning....well Im just a ... read more

Wow, So its been ages since I have posted a blog, have been so busy doing stuff and I´ve now just arrived at a quiet little beach called Puerto Viejo in Costa Rica so thought i´d take my time now to write a little bit of what I´ve been up to. So first off Dougs has decided to leave me, a bad case of love sickness or home sickness, i can´t quite figure it out, no entiendo 'i don´t understand´, it makes no sense to me! So anyway we parted our separate ways a week ago, so i´ve been busy rafting and seeing the volcanos around San Jose. So a brief ittinery for you all, think i left off in antigua guatemala First we headed to Lagos de Atiklan, 10- Dec 'Santa Cruz´ 11th Dec ´San ... read more

Hi all, So cause we're in the same place for a while we thought we should put up some more photos for you all to enjoy because tomorrow we head to Lagos de Atiklan for a couple of nights and then off to Nicaragua for around 4 or 5 days so not sure what the computer accessability will be like there! Here are a couple of pictures of what we've been up to over the past couple of days, first we went to the Chichi markets. This was a seriously long day because we decided to take the torismo shuttle bus instead of the chicken bus, costing a bit more and it was an hour late and didn't have enough seats for everyone but hey we made it after a 3hr ride! And no refund on ... read more

Hi Everyone, Just trying to think where on earth I left off! We've had some seriously interesting bus rides across central america I must admit - the way they work their buses is amazing, people just stand along the road for you're whole trip and the bus just stops and starts so it takes twice as long to get anywhere - but hey that's the fun of it and a great way to practice my spanish!! We're in Antigua for a few days and must admit the Guatamalan highlands have been spectacular and we've experienced all types of weather too! So here's some pics of our adventures so far - Our ittinery has been: 29th - Cancun (very American and lots of highrises like the gold coast not recommended!) 30th/1st/2nd - Tulum (Little coastal town, cool ... read more
