Day 3 - The first thing on the agenda for today is pictures. Lemmon's claim to fame is the "Petrified Wood Park". We could get single pictures taken and then everyone was to be by the Park for a group picture. Following pictures we parked by the Community Center so people could vote for the best bike. We walked over to the American Legion where the men were serving us Brunch. With full tummies we are now going to ride through town as a parade and then be on our way for the bike run. We head to Bison, Meadow, ShadeHill Resort and then back to Lemmon. The ride was good, the weather nice. The stops were so quick we barely had time to get off the bikes. Day 1. My first ride without Del. Connie and I were on our way about 4:30 today. Our final destination for the night was Napoleon, ND but before that we HAD to make a few stops. First stop was Enderlin grocery store for a bottle of water and some chocolate. Back on the bikes and a stop at Sandy's Gas station to fill. OPPS, Sandy's was closed. So on we go to Gackle. Gas station closed. Next best stop was Dani's Place. The local beer establishment. Very friendly bartender. She helped us with our Scavenger Hunt items. We got our Dollar Coin and a Stalk of Grain.
