What a beautiful place and the girls would love the scooters....Your Mom's comment about corn maze and hedge maze reminds me of a story Dan's uncle told about Hawaii - his aunt was commenting on what a beautiful moon there was and she just wanted to sit and look at it - his uncle said I don't know what the big deal is - it's the same moon that hangs over the Esso STation at home!!!

Korean War
I agree with how little was ever taught about the Korean War - we always got the Revolutionary War, Civil War, WWI, WWII and then the year was done - no matter what history class I took - There 's going to have to be a whole new period of history added to cover Korea, Vietnam, Desert Storm, Iraqi Freedom, Afghanistan, etc. It would just be nice if we stopped the wars!!! then we wouldn't have to worry about learning about them - we certainly don't seem to learn anything from fighting them.....

Love the price of the massages - hope you enjoyed it - I had a foot massage in Vegas once after walking everywhere for 6 days and it was great - seeing the prices you mentioned earlier - now I know why the Asian shops are so cheap around us - even cheaper in CA

Looks like you had a great vacation! Well deserved after reading all the things you have gone through since getting to China. One of our pathologists in the lab is from South Korea so I told him of your trip. He enjoyed hearing of your adventures and knew of all the places you mentioned. Jeju Island looks like a wonderful place to visit. Will you have another chance to visit it before you head back to the States?
