Hi!! Okay so I'm going to try and get caught up with all my blogs! OKTOBERFEST in Munich was simply wild. We caught an 8AM bus to Munich. It is around an 8 hour bus ride to Munich. We actually almost missed the bus, we had to run for it, but we made it! On the bus, we had one stop - Katie and I went to the bathroom. We also stopped to buy a snickers, so we were walking towards the bus, and it went a little something like this: Susan: Do you remember which one our bus is? Katie: It's one of those over there? First Week in London!

Well we made it to London! It's crazy to think that our trip is half way over! But we still have a couple weeks left! Our flats are huge! Especially compared to the extremely small hostel we had 4 people scrunched into. I'm living with Katie Sloan, 2 girls from my sorority - Vanessa Hart and Britt Zwolfer, and Sarah Miers. We have our own kitchen, 2 bed rooms, and 2 bathrooms. We are living in Kensington. This area is the 3rd wealthiest in London, and the 5th in the world. So I better start looking for a husband ;) - just kidding dad. On Saturday and sunday we just relaxed. We went to the grocery store and figured out our way around. Greetings!!! We just spend 2 full days in Prague! It was such an amazing city. Since it wasn't hit in the either of the World War's, most of its buildings are hundreds of years old. Very different from Berlin which was abliterated during World War 2. We took a bus Thursday night ta 11:55PM and got into Prague around 5AM on Friday Morning. Once we got there, we realized that the only thing that we planned for the trip was booking our hostel (didn't bring an address) and booked our bus. At 5AM, Prague looks a little scary - or at least the way we drove in looked scary. So we waited in a very sketchy looking bus station for an hour... until our beacon of hope opened - something that reminded us of America... MCDONALDS! ... read more

Hello Hello!!! Well I've been living in Berlin for two weeks, and I think that the easiest way to keep tabs on me is to start this blog... this is for you, Mom and Dad! We are having a very good time here. Berlin is very different from any city that I've been to in the U.S. They are extremely eco friendly here. Gas is about 9 American Dollars a gallon here (I still have yet to see a gas station), so many people cannot afford to have cars. I probably almost get run over a bicycler every day. People in business clothes, riders with three kids strapped to their bike, and etc. Many families have moved to Berlin because the public transportation is so good and they can't afford to have a car.
