One of the planned activities in Chalong is a cooking course, so armed with a beer in one hand and a wok in the other we were about to “wok on” sorry must apologise for the bad joke, but we can blame Tim for that one. So moving on we learnt how to cook pork dumplings, a main chicken dish, and various vegetables, everyone commenting on how theirs tasted the best, but the truth be known I knew mine was the best!
