The Columbian Exchange and Triangular Trade has made a great impact among the Old world and the New World. Indians were introduced to horses which made it easier for them to travel. Ingredients were traded between the New World and Old World. Between these trades grew disease which wiped out populations.Cultures were changed due to the influence of both worlds. 1) A family recipe I have to share is pozole. Its a Mexican stew that consisits of hominy kernels, seasonings, chilli peppers, and pork. This dish orginated from the Aztecs and was a traditional dish. They thought their god had made them out of masa which is cornmeal dough. On special occasions, the Aztecs would use human flesh for this dish from the sacrificed prisoners.
