Sun rise before I did this crazy run well was wanting to do the normal 1 hour but un it turned into 2 1/2 as I had to keep going till I got back n well I was a nackered !!!

Amed a very beautiful spot I spent 1 week relaxing and fighting off the men , you really do have to tell them your married or something as they just dont get it ( sorry anyone from there but they are just not my type ! ) I am wanting to RELAX and meditate

Mum when she arrived was doing so well could not belive how well she lasted ! ( had been up for something like 28 hours n still looked good )
