Perhaps, one of the very few ancient town left over in China - pure and tranquil village with over 500 historical houses lying by the south east of Mt. Huang, the little tasteful town has more than 750 years old history with many old traditions kept till today. Running stream from north to south cutting into the middle of the town, the stream is still a main part of the people living everyday; resident washes vegetables, clothing and all kind of daily necessities from the river; even my elder son, age 13, love this little place, we spent a night there on our round-the-lake ride and it remains one of the best memory of our entire 170km ride.
