You are right; the one in Peru is the highest paved road in the world (although Argentina might get the highest one soon once they will have finished paving the route 40). The one I am referring to, the Karakoram Highway is the highest international paved road in the world (Islamabad to Kashgar in China) which I believe is correct. Have you done the Abra Anticona? Would be curious to know how it is. Thanks
