Well that pollution and dusk finally caught up to me, Mussinex, Allegra D, and Advil were not working. I even opted to wearing face masks, however last night appeared to be the biggest battle, the compression in my chest was very painful, I was determined NOT to go to the local clinic (HOSPITAL), however, I needed something to help me breath better, I used two drops of peppermint doTerra oils (all natural) and filled the sink with hot water, which created a "vapor steam'", within a matter of minutes when the vapors entered my lungs, I started to feel better, 5-10 more minutes of inhailing/exhaling the vapors and I felt so much better.
