Just after the National Week here in China I had the chance to visit one of LangFangs tourist sights and explore more of LangFang. My friend Mike had come at the start of the National Week with his return to China. I had been here for a few days before his return. Between my return and his had been only a few days. It was a busy time leading up to his landing and the week that he was here was a nice change. On the Monday, before I had to start my new job here in LangFang I had the pleasure of seeing Nature Park. Flowers are blooming and today, I saw clippings from the lawn mower. Believe it or not, the students only have two more weeks of me :( I am a little sad, but getting prepared to go back home!!!! I want to sleep in my own bed, eat junk food, and have a sweet dessert. Maybe if my sister reads this, she will prepare a cherry cheese cake or a banana pudding pie for my arrival back to the U.S. :)... read more
