All the pretty vegies lined up in rows
Another busy day! Our first stop was the fruit and vegie market on Road 9. “Welcome back Madam.” I feel so loved. They are truly talented with the fruit arrangements.

Next we stopped at Apache where we met our driver, said “hi” to the girls at Thomas Cook, and I cashed a check at the bank, but not without much effort. “No, Madam, this check does not have your husband’s name on it”. I told him it is OK, I still have money, but he did not believe. Had to get permission from the big boss, Glenn Joyce. Then we went to see Sharif at Antwerpen to pick up my order and he outdid himself once again with some beautiful pieces of jewelry. I was so excited…money can buy happiness!

We grabbed a bite to eat at Tracy’s then went to Road 9 again for more shopping. Checked out the copper and brass shop and got shisha tobacco and paraphernalia for all you addicts.

We were totally exhausted by this time so Tracy and I relaxed with a cup of coffee. It was my turn for dinner so Tracy pulled out a pack of crawfish that I had

given her in November and told me to work my cajun magic. Presto….we had crawfish and tasso etoufee. Tracy made salad and I made blackberry cobbler for desert. I must say it was DIVINE! We even did kitchen aerobics while whipping the cream by hand!
