Wehishtini, Titi! Wow, another day FULL of exciting extra-ordinary things. For starters, I went to Tressie’s house where Titi was waiting to pamper me with a manicure and pedicure…yes, I love you too Titi! Then the gals met up for lunch at a new pizza joint where we shared pizzas and gossip. Not to mention the server who was drilling out his nose after putting our pizzas on the table! Tracy gave him a piece of her mind though! Wonder what he was doing before?
After lunch Tracy and I went for a massage at this secret place where 2 tiny Korean ladies give AWESOME massages for just $10/hour. No English, no Arabic, sign language only. Thank you, Carol for giving up your appointment for me.
More shopping….Found a reasonably priced piece of Egyptian art and I love it! Also some alabaster that will be 20% discount on Monday so we will return. Titi giving me a pedicure be much more fun if we sit around this beautiful table on cushions strewn all over the floor. Humm…????
Then the afternoon approaches… Tracy and Paul host an impromptu happy hour on their balcoona…it is Thursday night you know. Wine, cheese, greek olives, texas chipotle sauce. Carol and Mike (USA), Angela and Peter (Aussies) joined the fun. Then the Brits arrive, Adrian and Sinead, with a jug of Pims to wash it all down. This was for the girls as the guys drank beer from Germany and Egypt. Tracy even sacrificed a few Cherry Ripes from Australia. We had good fun with the camera!
