Okay, feeling better. Man Dengue sucks. Felt like a truck hit me during the night for about a week. Am in Esteli for a hot minute to meet new volunteers and tell them how awesome Somoto is (i am rolling my eyes) and convince one of them to come to a site near me in August.

By the way, where is the time goooooing?! My family is coming in LESS THAN TWO WEEKS! Which means the rest of you are coming in like 3 weeks! WTF?! And then we get married and you all fly home and then the new volulnteers get in and then we have our Close of Service Conference in August, too.....and then I turn 28 in September and then Halloween in October and November is for graduations and goodbye parties since my group leaves in November and then it's Christmas and then Lenin and I head home and WHERE IS THE TIME GOOOOOOING?!!!!

Headed back to my site like now and coming back the day after tomorrow to try on my WEDDING DRESS! More in a day or two.

We are.......
We all are SO SO glad that you're feeling better! What a worry....sick in a foreign world! I'm so proud of the Peace Corps always being there to back you up with any and all health issues!! Our President Obama is still working on the healthcare of our Nation (but BP's mess has screwed up his agenda a$ of late!). Am praying that it'll be "in place" by the time your Peace Corps days are through! You do realize that THIS issue is a + for your new replacement's long-range plan, right? YES,!!!!!! I'll be just PICTURING you in your very own, custom-hand-made-in-Nicaragua wedding dress!! Be sure to take a pic, OK? Love you and counting down the days!!! Mom XOXOXO
