Bright and early in Bristol after wet washing and expensive car hiring dramas it was time to being what would become a splendid day.... on the grass..... First stop the Roman Baths in, you guessed it, Bath! It was a beautiful day and the town was thriving. After exploring the baths it was time for Dales first cornish pastie in England, and wasnt he excited.... We all joined in and made our way down to the river for a scenic walk. Still early it was on to Stonehenge, where Disy gave us a personal tour with the help of an audio backup that Jen couldnt put aside. A quick prayer to the pagan gods and it was off to London to check in and make our way into the city to see the Lion King.... Before the show we discovered an awesome Italian restaurant in The Strand which wet our appetites for our up and coming destination.... then it was time....Hakunamatata... The show was breakthtaking with amazing costumes and singers. It made for a lovely soundtrack on the way home... starring the awesome four... The next day again was jam packed including snaps of Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, a quick city tour, exploration of Madame Tussaud and then finally the London Eye. Andys highlight was Tussauds feeling up the likes of Britany Spears, Elle Macpherson and Beyonce. He also played Soccer with a crazy pomi and yes he scored a cracker! The London Eye was ginormous but nice and slow so not as scary as the Manchester wheel. It was then home on the train in preparation for our flight to Italy!!
