Well, I have officially quit my job today and it feels GREAT!!!! I feel like everything is starting to come together now. I got the phone call today that my visas are back in Calgary and I will pick them up at the travel office on Wednesday. I"M SOOOO EXCITED!!!!!! I've talked to a few of my friends in Australia and arranged to meet up with them which is awesome! I can't wait to see them!!! I met all of them when I was in Ireland and we were all doing the same thing. I met a couple of other ones in Italy and travelled for about a week with 2 of the girls and we've kept in touch.
So I have 2 and a half weeks of work left and 4 weeks until I leave!!! Time really seems to be going faster now. I have a few things to get still (backpack, rainjacket) but most things are done and set. A family "goodbye" dinner is planned and set and a going away party at Ceili's is also planned. I'm more excited thhen I was going to Ireland this time, maybe it's because I get to see some friends that I haven't seen in like 2 years!!! I can't believe it's been that long.
Anyways, I will probably update this blog one or two more times before I actually head off so make sure to subscribe to the blog so you get an email everytime I post a new entry on here. It should just be on the left hand side of this page under my picture. If anyone has problems with that just let me know and I can always just add your email address for you.

Out of Work!!!!
If you are feeling sad not to have a job---- Mommio and I will put you to work around the house!!! The pay might not be that terrific-- but some of the benefits are outstanding!!!! Have a great last 2 weeks with Shell! Love, Daddio!!!
