I've been stressed out all week wondering how much the airlines will charge me for my luggage being over weight and wasn't able to buy all the souvenirs I wanted, which was probably a good thing ;- ) I almost donated clothes in London for fear of having to pay enormous excessive baggage fees but to my delight, the nice gentleman at the airport overlooked my extra 15 LBS. What a huge relief! It's been a long day and I am sad to say that I have left the UK. I definitely did not have enough time in London, Oh how I could spend many more days, months, years there! Anyway, on to another fabulous city. After 12 hours of travel, I finally arrived into Rio De Janiero tonight. I swear hardly anyone speaks English and the Spanish they speak sounds like French. It's Saturday night, it's hotter than hell, ( not that I'm complaining) and I've checked into my room, the Windsor Excelsior right at the edge of Copacabana and Ipanema. The hotel is nice, room is actually clean, large and comfy and I have the Internet AND it's high speed. What more could I ask for??? I have decided to order room service and stay in tonight. I can do this because I'm on vacation :- ) No need to feel guilty and I might even blow off tours tomorrow and hang out at Copacabana Beach and people watch. I will have two nights here and then will board my cruise ship for 32 relaxing and adventurous days, I can't wait!!!! I'm really looking forward to unpacking my overloaded suitcases for the very last time.

OMG Sherri!
I just read your blog in it's entirety and it is amazing! You should really consider writing :-) London sounds absolutely fabulous. Plus I would love to bump into Rob Pattinson (from Twilight!). He's so yummy! London is where I've always wanted to visit. I love the accents and the culture. Was everybody accomadating and nice there? Meet any men?
