Ponderings from a Poorly Girl

Saturday came and went and I can’t believe that I am still in Wales, led on my sofa pondering.

• When will I get better?

• Did Anne & D make it to Toronto?

• Did they drink a toast to an absent friend on the plane?

• Did Denise go through with her idea to shave her head to save time when getting ready and to make her luggage weigh less by not carrying shampoo/conditioner and a hairdryer? (mad woman)!

• Did Anne go for the luggage with wheels or the classic backpack and more importantly did she fit everything in?

• Is Niagara Falls as spectacular in real life as on the TV?

There are plenty more things going around in my head but I won’t bore you. Sorry to disappoint those of you who thought that this may have been a blog from the intrepid travellers. I’m just going to go now and keep my pondering to myself!

Denise DID go ahead with the comlpete head shave, number 1 all over...it looked great! (I know cause I done it....lol)

Lou, I was so sorry when D told us you were not able to go with them, but I know they are both just waiting for you to catch up. She still had some hair last time I saw her on Wednesday, so we all need a photo of the number 1... Did you take one Kym? Anne and D when you read this, hope you had a good flight and are having fun. Don't forget we want news and photos and more news or even gossip!!

Another thought ... Did D look anything like her passport photo after the head shaving incident and did they let her on the airplane???

Hi All, Sorry to hear about Lou not being well (or poorly baard as we say in Wales) hope you'll catch up very soon. Denise now has less hair than me, hers will grow back of course, but for now, I've got rare bragging rights! Safe.

Well one things for sure i can't imagine being as practical a D when traveling, i'd bring my hair brush n gel for sure!
