Hotel California

It's been an entire year since I left the sunny shores of California for the not so sunny shores of England.
So I thought it was about high time I took a trip back to my adopted home. It was a fantastic trip which revolved around playing golf and playing with my dogs. What more could I have asked for!!
My parents, the dogs and I jumped in our motor home on the Thursday and headed up to San Fran for a few days. Fantastic time, it was great seeing my little brother again, Sam and some of my mates from varsity.
Little Dean has grown up in to quite a man of recent, now working for PWC and tearing things up - big balling as they say in the states!! I am so proud of what he has done and where he is going.
Spent Thurs and Fri night (and sat night) with my love Sam. It was wonderful. It felt as if we had not missed a step. But that is how we always are, right back into it!
On Saturday night we had a pub golf day around some bars in SF. A lot of the boys from Delta Sig were there, awesome seeing them again. Made me really excited to move to SF one day.
Oh and on Thursday night we went to one of my favourite restaurants in SF called the Stinking Rose for my parents 27th anniversary which was simply wonderful.
Went for a day up to Davis as well, just to reminisce and see if anything had changed. Nothing had which is how I like it!
Not too sure when I'll be back to visit Cali, hopefully it won't be too long.
