My month of Paradise

To those of you who have been to Fiji, how many of you have been east on the mainland? How many of you have rafted down trepid white water, how many of you have visited a local village, how many of you have travelled the entire mainland on public transport alone, how many of you have watched the all blacks play fiji with a local, how many of you have managed to dive for free, how many of you have swam in natural rock pools deep in the rainforest, how many of you have trekked through the rainforest for free??? I have no idea how I did it but I have and I had such a great time! It rained and rained for the first week or so, I had many a set back, I had many a challenge, at one point I lost my mind, at another point I lost my conversational skills, but after a month in Fiji, in one of the most relaxed environments ever, I can truely say I had a sensational time! Unfortunatly I cannot show you any of the beautiful scenery, the sensational moments I have experienced, the people, the good times, the beautiful sunsets, teh beautiful sunrises...none of it. I had my bag stolen the night before I flew to NZ and unfortunatly my camera with 1BG of photos was taken too! Ah well, the memories will be with me forever - I'm sorry I couldn't share it with you!

Lost in Fiji
A little slow on the insurance claim Sassie... we'll get there in time though, and in the meanwhile it's lovely to see some beautiful sunsets of Fiji. So glad the trip is going well, and that you're now in NZ and planning your next month. Hope you contact Lucy Davies, I spoke to her today and she knows Australia and NZ well to advise you on anything you might need, or be planning for i.e. cyclonic weather patterns, new phenomana along East coast!
