May 11. Run through eight lanes morning traffic to Brisbane Mt Coot-tha three TV stations no joy. Went to 'Courier Mail' and community group 'Qwest' no joy. Blew out of town to Caloundra feeling failing. Sent flag to bloke in Sydney who is some kind of vexillology person. Also got invite to speak Sydney on the 24th at the Australian Flag Society!!!!!!! Can't see making it unless they give me lodging.
May 12. Motored to Mooloolaba. Rainy. Spruik entertaining. One bloke had had flags made without the 'Jack'. Holiday air. Sunshine Coast feels like home. Rugby v Wales June 3 Brisbane so I'll be around a few weeks. One large flag to Johnno and Val. Watched AFL.
May 13. Mothers Day dining along Mooloolaba strip. Low key spruik. One bloke got large flag. Another is linking flagoz.com to BuderimVillage.com.au. This linking will move our website up in the listings. Last time I checked 'new Australian flag' on google it was 26th. Must get to top ten! Large seabird long narrow wings, tips touching waves. Walked on the sand spit. Looked in at yacht club. Races Sunday and Wednesday. Evening read in the lobby of posh resort.
May 14. Maroochydore. Went to WIN TV 9 and ABC radio. WIN called and did shoot. story aired 6pm news! That makes fifteen TV appearances. All good.
