After an emotional 12 days during my very first WWOOF experience normality resumed as I set sail to Vancouver Island. After 2 longs days of travel, buses and lugging my life around in my bag I arrived at the Tsawwassen Ferry crossing. The crossing was so beautiful with contrast of clouds and sun as we split between the island and main land. It was so nice to be leaving the clouds behind and heading towards the beaches and beauty of the island! We meandered through Saltspring, Galiano, Ganges & San Juan and the scenery was just breathtaking. The emerald green sea set again the blue skies and island coastline bursting with green and trees and pretty little coastal houses! It was spectacular and I was so glad I had left all of that behind me! The journey continues...
