Auckland by night
The view from the top of the sky tower So a sad goodbye to NZ but more so sad to say goodbye to Helen and Chris as we have had the best time together!
We had a lovely meal at the Sky Tower last night, 328 metres above ground level. The Sky Tower is the tallest building in the southern hemisphere.
I initially thought our hostel was cool but it turned out to be a bit of a 18-30's party last night. Full of 18 years lads trying to get laid and girls who were more than willing to oblige! Helen and chris have decided to sack the backpackers lifestyle tonight and are staying at a nice hotel at the airport, i don't blame them!
Well if 'G'day' and 'No worries mate' were the phrases from australia, then for NZ it has to be 'Sweet as' and 'Good to go'. Bye NZ and Bye Helen and Chris, we've had a ball. The only dissappointment - we never saw a kiwi bird, do they even exist??!!
I fly to Australia later today to be reunited with the Aussie!
