I need suggestion about what can I do to make the most for my short time vacation? Where is the places I must visit? And how is the cost I must prepare for 3 days vacation?

Thx for ur kindly attention.

Hi Rhey,

There's actually plenty to do in Malaysia! You just need to know what you're interested in doing, i.e. outdoor activities, shopping, visiting places of interests and so on. With regards on how much you should prepare - again, it really depends on what you're planning to do. Regardless, I would advice to standby a minimum of RM1,000.00 / USD280.00. This amount should be sufficient for accommocation, food, travelling allowance and shopping.

Hope this helps!

First of all, I want to thank you for ur information. Well, actually I get a bit confuse what to do because of my short time visit. I only have 2 1/2 days to spend coz my plane will be arrived in KL on midnight and I'll fly home on the afternoon. My friends want to shop but I want to do outdoor activities. Can I do both activities in 2 days? Reply to this

As you may know by now, KL is good for shopping. However, outdoor activities will take up some time, as you may need to travel out of KL area. Since you only have 2 1/2 days, you may visit Sunway Lagoon - they have quite a number of activities going on there. Other than that, shopping and sight seeing is just about it for a 2 1/2 days time frame.

It is value to get to Kuala Lumpur, the hotel price is also cheap. $45 per night, you can stay in 3 star hotel, You can check it out here :

if your not into shopping i would say you should check out Penang which is a cool small island off the coast with great beachs and hiking, but KL is great for a quick trip. Check out the Number 8 hostel in KL...great place to stay Reply to this
