I decided to share some good advice i've been given for the second time around I go travelling. Before I went to uni I spent some time in India, Africa and South East Asia and half way through my trip got the old dreaded fortnight long bad stomach 😞 I didn't take any preparation for my stomach to make my immune system stronger and really wish I had...it was such a shame as really made my trip less fun. So i've been doing my research and getting lots of advice before I do a take two on my travels and try to do everything right this time! I leave in a week and have started taking travla probiotics which my friends say will really make a difference to what I can eat and drink when i'm away. I also have natural probiotic medicines just in case I do get a bad tummy. So I am ready and take heed anyone else who wants to enjoy their trip to the full. Probiotics are the way forward!
