Reply to this Thanks for your reply. We have actually made some inquiry with a local credit union and in the process of securing our membership to qualify for a [<snip>commercial real estate loans. We decided to look into this type of loan instead of the usual home loan because we would prefer for the property to be an income generating as possible. Actually, we do not need so much space and we are thinking of renting out the rest of the space if the loan will be approved. If not, then, we have to consider the typical home loan.
