I have never had this happen before....my blog 'published' but NONE of my subscribers received it...I do not see an option to 're-publish' it, so what can I do to get it to my subscribers???

I know there was an issue with subscriber emails a few days ago which the developers are aware of and are working on. But to answer your question about republishing:
Under the
Control Panel go to
List Blog Entries. You should have the option to "Move to Save" and then "Publish" again.
Hopefully that will do the trick.
