In Phuket now and undecided where to stay ...
We are in Phuket now and plan to go to koh phi phi on wednesday, any suggestions where to stay?
We'd quite like somewhere quiet but not too far from the action, budget probably a max 1,800B a night.

Reply to this I like to stay at koh jum oon lee bungalows Koh Jum island which is nearby Phi Phi. It is run by a French Thai couple. It is beautiful and has not been over built like the other islands near Krabi. If you want a few days to chill, Koh Jum is the place and you can do day trips to Phi Phi from there. Runs are reasonable and the food is killer.
