are there cheap accommodations in Bali?

I'm going to Bali for a training for 2 weeks, being a student I cannot afford resort-type of room. Has anyone been to a hostel/homestay or more economic accommodation type in Kuta region and recommend the place? Thanks! Reply to this

You can just hit Legian 1 or 2 rows. Prices range from Rp100,000 - Rp200,000 per room per night with breakfast
Try look for Waringin Guesthouse, very clean and cheapest price among all.

Hey All,

We are also looking for cheap accomodation in Bali (not sure what area). Is it possible to book somewhere cheap at the airport, we have found while travelling sometimes its better to just turn up and get last minute offers from people trying to fill their beds???

if your destination is kuta you can stay in Poppies lane 2 street
you can find a lot of cheap guest house,only Rp.50.000/day ($6/day)
