Tabacon Resort - Any Reviews?

Looking for feedback from anyone who has stayed at the Tabacon Resort in Costa Rica.

We are looking to stay several days in and around La Fortuna and we were wondering if the Tabacon resort is worth the $$$ or if there are better options? Reply to this

I stayed at the Tabacon in Jan of this year, it is very pricey! The rooms are very nice with great air conditioning and the buffet is great, what really pissed me off about my stay was that the pools close at 7pm and you are left to do nothing but watch the assigned entertainment for the night, due to this I wouldnt recommend it! If I'm going to pay X amount of money for my stay I should be able to use the darn pool.... Reply to this
