Dymphna is the name I use on line. She was an Irish Princess and a saint. She helped me when my daughter was born - calming my nerves and letting me live through that without worry was a far greater miracle than if my daughter had been healed. My given name and what I go by is Lee Ann - so I will answer to either 😊 Reply to this

I suppose that is why a lot of parents in Ireland call their daughter Dympna then. 😊 Reply to this

Mine is a line from a play I acted in while I was living in Russia. It means "My fault, madam". I got so nervous that it came out slowly and much too loud, so my classmates made fun of me for it for a few weeks after. When we had personalised hoodies created at the end of our time in Russia, Vinovat Sudarynya was the name I chose.

Well, I love both camels and travel - so a very good friend of mind jokingly referred to me as "A Travel Camel", but I preferred the definite article - "The Travel Camel" as there can be only one 😉

Cookie is my nickname. Well, my real name to me, no one in my family has called me anything else since the day I was born. Had to tag a 'k' on the end though, as Cookie was taken!

Gosh, I am obviously lacking in imagiation. Reply to this

Yeah, I had to put an extra letter on the end of mine too, because Mel was taken. I am the REAL Mel.

Just kidding! 😉 The other Mel got here first, so all is fair. 😊

Once read that Kasari is Hindi word for lion, Birthday in August so Leo (My ONLY nod to Astrology) hence Leokasari. I think it sounds a bit more exotic than Mike! Reply to this

liliram is how they all called me back in school. That's because there was another lily (with a y, mine is l-i-l-i), so they abbreviated my last name (ramirez) and the fad was started to call each other by one's first name+the first syllable of their last name. Reply to this
