My initial intention was to do a long trek but I have a weak achilles tendon and cannot walk up hill for very long. | I have 2 questions. 1) Is there many other things to do in Nepal that do not involve long treks? 2) Does anyone know of and good retreats in Nepal. I would like one that offered a healthy lifestyle, some mediation, Yoga etc although I am not an expert in these areas I would like to develop my skills and chill. Any suggestions would be most welcome. About retreats honstly nothing comes to my mind couse I have never looked for it...many people who wants to Chill goes to Pokhara at the lake side ... I think there u should find some Yoga spots etc. TK, M. Nikki77 Red77 Post Count: 6 Msg: #3 214 days ago, April 23rd 2009 | Thanks for your help.
