1) Is there many other things to do in Nepal that do not involve long treks?
2) Does anyone know of and good retreats in Nepal. I would like one that offered a healthy lifestyle, some mediation, Yoga etc although I am not an expert in these areas I would like to develop my skills and chill.
I am going to Nepal for 3.5 weeks at the end of May. My initial intention was to do a long trek but I have a weak achilles tendon and cannot walk up hill for very long.
I have 2 questions.
1) Is there many other things to do in Nepal that do not involve long treks?
2) Does anyone know of and good retreats in Nepal. I would like one that offered a healthy lifestyle, some mediation, Yoga etc although I am not an expert in these areas I would like to develop my skills and chill.
Any suggestions would be most welcome.
Thanks
Reply to this In your case you have many other options .... rafting, bungee jumping😉, u can take mountain flight besides trekking to see those 8k meteres peaks...paragliding, kayaking, canyoning thats from the outdoors...
Or either some tours to Chitwan to National Park or Bardia..
About retreats honstly nothing comes to my mind couse I have never looked for it...many people who wants to Chill goes to Pokhara at the lake side ... I think there u should find some Yoga spots etc.
