Hi liliram... Bhutan is a small himalayan country. And we call our country Land of peaceful thunder dragon .. It was a kingdom 2 years ago turned into democracy by our king. Bhutan is known for its gross national happiness making gross national product secondary. A vision made real by our fourth king.

Bhutan has a wide array of exotic flora and fauna, unique architecture of Dzongs(fortresses) and temples. Bhutan is a buddhist country and everywhere u travel ...you will see prayer flags and stupas along the long winding roads.

We still wear our national dress in offices and public occassion like festivals. And we love cheese curry.. 😊 Reply to this
