Has anyone been trekking with Khun Om's Guesthouse No 4 to Umphang?

Me and my girlfriend are hoping to go trekking with Khun Om Guest House No 4 to Umphang. does anyone know how to book in advance or if it is possible? Also does it matter there are only two of us?
