Hi Guys!

My Girlfriend and I are planning to go to Malaysia for our 2nd year anniversary. Do you know any place (hotel or inns) at Malaysia that you would recommend? I have come across 3k Inn hotel (http://www.3kinn.com/) Anyone of you have stayed at this hotel? Any opinions or suggestions would be very much appreciated.

Thanks in Advance!!!! Reply to this

Hi! The hotel 3k Inn hotel is in Subang Jaya area and is situated in residential area. It is not in a city and is quite far away from the city. Its takes about 30 minutes to the city. It is not pratical for you to stay there if you want to spend your honeymoon in Malaysia. Why not stay in the city. There many good hotels and good food, cheap shopping and good nightlife too. If you stay a little longer, you may visit some good visiting sites like
1) Cameron Highlands...its a highland resort.
2) Malacca, historical site
3) Lagkawi Island, an island resort for you to relax and enjoy the sun.
4) Fishing village
If you need more infomation, drop me a mail

Hi deweytheexplorer,

If you can indicate which state (s) that you'll be visiting, then I'm sure writers from that particular state - or others in general through their travel experiences - will be able to lay some accurate accommodation recommendations.

Looking forward to your reply so we can help. Happy travel-planning!

A great inexpensive place to stay is the Corona Inn. When on business I prefer the Boulevard or Cititel (less expensive) but for vacation I'd go much more laid back and stay at the Corona Inn. It's walking distance to everything. Reply to this

I agree with Isjeff. Bukit Bintang is the best location for me personally... It's the shopping district. 😉
But which state are you interested in? Reply to this

Hi...if you are kind of traveller who like to experience nature and advanture, then i would like to recommend you to come to kota kinabalu (KK), the capital city of SABAH... there are plenty of budget & backpacker hotels in KK, cost ranging about USD 25 - 40, some interesting place to visit in sabah:
1. manukan island - diving site - about 30 minutes by boat from KK
2. mt. kinabalu, 4095 mtr height - 2 1/2 hr drive from KK
3. white water rafting in beaufort - 2 hr drive from KK, travel to beaufort with restored 50-yr old tourist locomotive
4. KK town itself is a place to visit

welcome to malaysia, and sabah particularly..

selamat datang & terima kasih..

Dewey,

Ya....you should state which area in malaysia you are thinking of visiting...much easy for the writers to focuse on 1 particulare area that they have experiance..also what do you expect on your travel?? wildlife?Culture? adventure?
