Vaccinations for Southeast Asia

I am curious to what vaccinations I actually need when traveling in Thailand and Vietnam.

I am traveling to Thailand and Vietnam this summer. I have read lonely planet and the cdc health site and looked at their recommended vaccinations and checked their prices at clinics near me. Some of the shots like japanese enchiphilitas are extremely expensive. I am curious to see what shots are absolutely necessary and practical to have and which are not.
Thanks

Hello Derek 😊

Here is thread which pretty much explains it.
Vaccinations for Asia

I also suggest that you go to a travel clinic to get the vaccinations if you can. General doctors dont always know much about travel vaccinations and have a tendency to over vaccinate.

I have never got a Japanese Enchiphilitas vaccination. You only really need it if you are going to be travelling outside cities for more than a month.
