Plaza De Armas is in central Lima. I tool the Metropolitano (Auto Bus) to Central Lima, about a 30 minute ride. The buses run between the interstate, it's actually faster than a car, no traffic for the bus. They are petrol run, great idea, why don't we do this. Check the pictures out. Plaza De Armas is the Presidential Palace govertment offices and the Palace of the Archbishop. The Museo Palacio Arzbispal de Lima was inaugurated in January 2010 as the Archbishop's Palace Museum which houses an impressive collection of Colonial Art. The Palace dates from XVI century and restored in 1924. In 2009 the entire Archbishop's Palace was restored and nowadays it displays art pieces from XVI to the XVIII century.
