The last Chapter. After a couple of days in La Rioja, checking out the restaurants and the pretty girls, we saddled up and headed south to the Valle Fertil, checking out the Parque Ishigualasto (Valley de La Luna) on the way. The run down to Uspallata, via Termas de Villavicencio, was as spectacular as ever, with stunning views as we climbed up the mountain, but we had to fight with Patagonia type winds most of the way to Las Heras. Leaving Uspillata at 8.30am, we made for our last border crossing, back into Chile, via the Paso Cristo Redentor, with stunning views of Aconcagua, the highest mountain in the Andes.
