After coming back from the Salar we booked our bus tickets to Rurrenabaque for the next day. These guys are related to the hamster.

Everywhere. The baby turtles get eaten by pink dolphins. Not really sure how to handle that piece of information. Love dolphins, love turtles.

Our boat got stuck on the river bank right by these guys. It was a little scary.

We saw so many, I couldn't even take a guess as to the number - we're talking hundreds though.

So rickety. During the wet months the entire place floods which is why the walk ways are raised.

On the first night having a well deserved beer with Peter. Our camp was the best.

A wonderful blog, we were particularly taken with the squirrel monkeys - gorgeous. What happened to the pink dolphins? Swimming with the piranhas Steve eeek!?!?! You both look great and in your element now that you are back in the warmth. lots of love xxxx

Playing in the Pampas
Hi guys, looks like your'e having a ball. Keep up the blogs, they're a great read. I promise to reply more often, especially if your missing home. I hope you continue to enjoy all these new adventures. My adventure starts soon - Gemma and I tie the knott 3 wks tomorrow. We'll make sure photos are uploaded. Squirrel Monkeys
They were fab, but we were slightly aware that monkeys carry rabies.. but hey ho! It was lovely being back in the warmth again. The pink dolphins kept on poking their heads up but were too quick for the camera.. how amazing that the live in rivers though. xxxxxxxxx
