Tomorrow will complete our month in paradise, we leave the Chilean region of Futaleufu and we begin to head north hopefully to warm weather, beach and sunshine. The past month has been full of beautiful scenery, amazing experiences and pastries (Argentina has tons of them!). While I will let the pictures do most of the talking on this blog here is a brief itenary of what has happened over the last month.
- Bariloche, eating lots of chocolate and hiking
- El Bolson, a beautiful little hippy town with more hiking and a great little craft fair.
- Puerto Madryn where we spent a day whale watching and another trying to make it
work to go see the penguins (which didn´t work out but we have one more chance in the next day or two, I´ll let you know how that goes).
- Puerto Natales, one of the most beautiful places I have ever seen, we spent three days backpacking ¨the W¨in the National Park of Torres del Paine.
- El Calafate and spent an amazing day watching the Moreno Glacier.
- El Chatan, the famous Fitz Roy is there and we enjoyed our time recuperating and hiking.
-
Torres del Paine
The beginning of ¨the W¨ Circuit Futaleufu, for three days it has rained continually but today the clouds lifted and we spent an amazing day whitewater rafting.
I feel so very blessed!
