Well, as the Irish say "What better way ta start da trip but at a Whisky Distillery. The alcohol flowed. The first stop was Kilbeggan. "Kil" Mens church in Gaelic. So "Church of Beggan" I am Beggin for some whisky!!!" Lol. The wife was kind enough to let me sample the local brew.. So did she... Great when ya don't hafta drive.
