Mission accomplished today - a walk in the early morning ( well- early for me - not for Ms I-get- up- at- 5am- every- day- Diane ) I was up at 6 ... at Diane's by 7.15 - started walking at 7-40. An astonishing number of people out early - to beat the heat I guess as the temp was forecast to be 36 degC which is blood temperature really - but how much hotter that feels OUTSIDE the body :-) ... read more
