we arrived in campeche late last night, after 6+ hours of bus travel. when we arrived it was dark and we were tired but that did not damper my ability to enjoy approaching this cool city. it was a bit of a walk from the bus terminal to the town proper....but i´m glad we walked. the town proper is surrounded by a cement wall...built in the 1600´s to protect it from pirate invasions. when we a ... read more
